If you have a blog, podcast or something with an RSS feed, you might want to check out Feedburner.  It's a pretty cool service and it's free.  There used to be parts of it you had to pay for, but after Google bought them out, everything has been free.

I did do one "customized" thing for the podcast.  I have our xml file redirected to feedburner using HTTP in an .htaccess file on my server.  Feedburner then points to a second xml file that has our feed in it.  That way I can sever the tie with feedburner at any point and not lose any listeners.  I know that's a concern for some fo the more techie people out there.  If you're interested, drop me a line or just read through the FAQ section on Feedburner's site.
