| Low bandwidth options |

We've recieved various comments in the past about wishing there were "low bandwidth" options for listening and downloading the podcast files. This is something I've been thinking about and am hoping to implement soon.
I recently downloaded Audacity so I could edit files at home. This was working great yesterday until it came time to export my project. No matter what I did, there was some major quality degredation in certain parts of the final mp3. So even though the file for Episode 10 is about half the normal size, that doesn't really matter because the length is also half the normal. I ended up taking all my files to work with me and putting them back together using Adobe Audacity. If there were a smaller-file option would it be better as a download, streaming file or both? I think my main concern is that I don't want it to become confusing when subscribing. There should just be one option to subscribe. I'd also want to make sure I could get stats on the smaller files in the same way I'm getting stats on the big files. Another option would be to just have smaller files that would be a little lower in sound quality. If you have any thoughts or tips, please let me know.
