Cutter's Way (1981) is a film starring Jeff Bridges, John Heard, and Lisa Eichhorn. As an achiever, you should probably watch this once, just to be able to talk about it. It's pretty similar to The Big Lebowski. If you're interested in a review, check out what skepple blog has to say. One of the upcoming films Jeff Bridges has a part in is Men Who Stare at Goats. Starring Bridges, George Clooney, Ewan McGregor, and Kevin Spacey, this film explores some of the clandestine activities of the US government and its intelligence agencies. See what Steve Hammons has to say about it and the book on which it's based. Burn After Reading comes out on DVD this month. Week of Christmas I believe, so if you didn't get a chance to see it, you'll be able to buy/rent it soon. If you're into reading reviews, check out what Hongkie Town has to say about it. Even though he fell asleep while watching, the movie wasn't boring - separate incident, he still really enjoyed it. Since he missed a few key scenes, he's waiting for the DVD to see if it's an "Intolerable Cruelty" or not. I'm pretty sure he'll be happy with it. So do you love the Coens as much as we do? Ok, that was probably a stupid question. Idioteque has a lot of good to say about the Coens and many of their films. He just finished watching O Brother Where Art Thou and Miller's Crossing, but also mentions The Big Lebowski, and No Country for Old Men.
