If you didn't know, John Turturro's birthday is later this week on the 28th. I was thinking of saving this link until then, but it's just so awesome that I couldn't wait. This year, January 30th, Turturro met with the New School student body for a Q & A session about his experiences acting and directing. The whole video is an hour and a half long, I know that sounds crazy, but you do have the option to play specific chapters if that's how you roll. Turturro talks about his experiences with the Coen Brothers acting in The Big Lebowski, Barton Fink, and Miller's Crossing, as well as experiences with other directors, acting on stage, and even directing his own movies. The video is embedded below (for you RSS readers) or you can clic this link - http://fora.tv/2009/01/30/John_Turturr o_at_The_New_School to get all of the sharing and chapter options, info, bio, etc.
