I'm sure you've all heard about Natasha Richardson already.  Very tragic story.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to Liam Neeson and his family.  Being mainly known as a stage actor, it was really touching to hear about Broadway's tribute to her life and career.

On a lighter note, I don't really follow basketball at all, but couldn't help hearing about the importance of Ty Lawson's toe to the Tar Heels.  I don't think a toe has been this important since Bunny's.  Probably the next biggest thing about be Achilles heel.

South by Southwest, or SXSW, has been going on for a few days now.  It's a big indie music/movie/etc festival.  Whitney Matheson from Pop Candy is down there and was streaming video live from her iPhone last night.  One film being talked about at the fest is Seth Rogen's cop movie, Observe and Report.  I think it looks hilarious and eons better than Paul Blart.  In some ways, it's even being compared to The Big Lebowski.
