I've heard tidbits of information before regarding the In-N-Out family troubles.  Hopefully things won't go south for them in the near future.  Even though I'd love to see the chain branch out, I would not want it to turn into a McDonald's, Wendy's or Burger King.  I'd have to say I feel the same way about White Castle.  Yeah, they have the frozen stuff you can buy, but it just doesn't taste the same.  Here's hoping In-N-Out can keep on keeping on.

Are you a big fan of the Western genre?  I like to think I am, but after talking with one of the country's celebrating experts on the topic, I came to realize I don't love it as much as I thought.  I'm more of an Eastwood than a Wayne fan.  I also can't stand the musicals.  Here's someone bemoaning the loss of Western films in this time and day.  I'm tending not to agree with him.  In this time of mashups and the global village, you have to get creative.  Look at Joss Whedon's show Firefly.  That was a Sci-Fi show, but had definite Western tones to it as well.  What do you think?  Are Westerns slowly going the way of the buffalo?

And here's just a cool video.  Remember those BMW commercials with Clive Owens where he was a driver?  Reminded me a little of Transporter.  Anyways, here's the whole thing.  It's about 7 minutes long.
