Yesterday I posted Episode 29 - Dax Norman.  We had a phone interview with Dax in which we talked about his love for The Big Lebowski, his Lebowski-themed art, and some other related stuff.  Dax is the guy who paints bowling pins to look like characters from the film.  He has different series/sets for many other things as well.  You should check them out at http://daxnorman.com if you haven't seen them yet.

We also did a phoner with Will Russell, one of the founding dudes of Lebowski Fest.  They're doing something totally different this year and they're calling it The Speed of Sound Tour.  This would be a movie reference to the made-up Metallica tour on which The Dude was a roadie.  Will and Scott are doing a lot more cities this year and they'll be travelling around in a bus.  This will allow them to bring many more Louisville-attractions to other cities around the country.

Lastly, we talked about our good friend Joe Blevins who was the featured listener for May.  Liz brought up something we had noticed about the portrayal of Joe in The Achievers, Eddie Chung's documentary about Lebowski Fest attendees.  We thought Joe appeared to be a bit of a jerk in the preview and just wanted to set the record straight.  In less than 24hrs, we received an email from TQ with his thoughts on the matter.
