Last night I did a couple of phone interviews, one with Cathleen Falsani and another with Erik Rose.  Falsani has written an amazing book titled The Dude Abides: The Gospel According to the Coen Brothers.  It's similar in style to some of they other "Gospel According To" books and I really enjoy it.  She's a die-hard Coen Brother fan and loves The Big Lebowski.  Seriously, how could we not get along?

Erik Rose did the illustrations for the book.  He made a 3-piece set of Lebowski pieces back in 2007.  They consisted of The Dude, Maude, and Walter as iconic figures.  They have symbolic halos around their heads, in one form or another, similar to religious Rennaissance art you've probably seen.  He also made 14 new Coen creations for the different chapters of the book.  Everything looks great.  You're going to love it.
