Just heard back from Tim in Indiana.  He was the winner of a Walter action figure from Episode 32 - Falsani Abides.  Walter made it safely and has found a new home.  Here's what Tim had to say...

He has arrived, and while I'm unsure about taking him out of the packaging, Walter is already holding court.
