The Walker Art Center in the Twin Cities begins its series of movies tongiht in a celebration of their most famous film directors.  Besides just watching the Coens' films, they will also be discussing what exactly makes a Coen film and looking at how their films are connected.  This sounds pretty awesome to me.  In case you can't make it tonight, you're in luck because they aren't watching all 14 in a mega movie marathon.  They're starting with Blood Simple tonight and will end with The Hudsucker Proxy on October 17th.  Check out the link below for more information. and details.
