Has anyone read this book or looked at it? I tried contacting the publisher for a review copy but never heard back. It was released 9/23/09 and came out in hardback. I kind of have this personal thing about spending $40+ on a hardcover edition. I hope it comes out in paperback. I don't know about you, but most Dudeist and Lebowski-fans don't have the necessary means for the necessary means for that kind of purchase right now. The subject matter seems interesting, but there aren't any reviews posted on Amazon yet.
