This is Jack Cook's site.  According to his contact page he's a 3rd year Graphic Design student at Leeds College of Art.  So maybe this is for an assignment?  I should probably email Jack to find out.  The DVD case is for four Coen films: Blood Simple, Millers Crossing, Barton Fink, and No Country for Old Men.  All four films have a some violence and murder in them and are linked by blood.  There are eight images to view and peruse of the DVD box.
