So we're always talking about dude sweaters...the cowichan-style, vintage Pendleton sweaters that look what old Duder wore.  Well, every once in a while props and what have you are sold at auction for various reasons.  Coming soon you will have an opportunity to purchase the original Dude Sweater.

Adam Bertocci, our esteemed colleague and fellow achiever, has done a little brother seamus work and sent us the above link.  According to his leads, they've estimated it will sell for at least $4,000 to $6,000.  I have two reactions to that sort of news:

1. Only $6,000?  Come on, man!  This is like, uh, uh, uh, piece of Hollywood history, uh, you know?
2. $6,000?  If only I had the necessary means for the necessary means to purchase this article of clothing.

So what do you guys think?  Will a true achiever purchse this wonderful piece of memorabilia?  Or will it go to some Jackie Treehorn collector or a goldbricker with too much cash to spend?
