In-N-Out, besides being in The Big Lebowski, is an amazing burger joint.  Donny had it right, "...that's a good burger, Walter."  Unfortunately they haven't turned themselves into one of the many other massive food chains in the country.  Their business model, while successful, has kept them to one corner of the country.  With the recent expansion of Five Guys, they've had to do something and that something is expanding to Texas. 

Here's a video of one California native enjoying a burger at her favorite restaurant.  I probably wouldn't cry, but I would be overly ecstatic if an In-N-Out came to my town.
